The Foundation’s 5th Annual Golf Tournament was Thursday, September 21st and was again a huge success. In fact, this year’s tournament had a record breaking 22 teams and grossed over $20,000. It was held at the beautiful Canebrake Golf Course and was a beautiful day – minus the brief afternoon shower.
There are many people to thank for making this event not only a success for the Foundation, but also a fun day for all. It is easy to get wrapped up in the fun of the event and forget the true reason for it: To raise funds and awareness for mental health services in the north central Alabama community. Funds raised help the Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama provide critical mental health services in our community. Thank you to everyone that participated, volunteered and supported our 5th Annual Golf Tournament.
