DECATUR MORGAN COUNSELING CENTER - GROUP HOME



Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama (Owner) will receive proposals, under seal, from Contractors licensed in the State of Alabama and qualified to perform the project being proposed. Sealed proposals will be received by Owner at 1316 Somerville Road, SE Suite 1, Decatur, AL 35601 until 4:00pm local time on Tuesday, August 01, 2023. Evaluation by the Owner, for administrative and technical completeness, quality, value and professional elements will not be completed on the same day. The proposals will be considered for acceptance at a later date. Proposals must be valid for 60 days. Proposals should be addressed to Mr. William Giguere in sealed packages with the words “Proposal for DMCC Group Home RFP ID #2023-DMCCGH” appearing on the outside of the envelope or package. All appropriate licensing information should be provided on the face of the proposal package. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for this project at 9:00am, local time Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the project site, 4110 Highway 31 South, Decatur behind the Decatur Morgan Counseling Center. The award will be made to the qualified proposer deemed in the best interest of the Owner, unless it is judged that all proposals should be rejected. Proposals for the Work shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Proposal due date.
